Before You Travel – Must-Do Checklist

  • Review Your Insurance Policy
    We strongly recommend all clients review the full terms of any travel insurance policy they purchase. Insurance is your safeguard against the unexpected. Whether or not an airline suggests it, we advise all travelers to secure appropriate coverage.

  • Prepare for Possible Amendments
    We are happy to accommodate any requested changes, but please note that an Amendment Fee per person may apply. These charges vary depending on airline policies and the nature of the request.

  • Stay Updated on Visa & Embassy Requirements
    Embassy policies can change unexpectedly. It is your responsibility to check with the relevant embassy a few hours before your departure to confirm any visa requirements. TimesVoyage is not responsible for denied entries due to visa issues or changes in embassy rules.

  • Claim Processing
    If a refund or reimbursement claim is necessary, clients must complete our Indemnity Form. Processing may take up to 6 months, and an administrative fee will apply.


Client Responsibilities

We request all TimesVoyage clients to:

  • Carefully read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy in full.

  • Inform us at the time of booking about any special requests, such as wheelchair assistance, dietary preferences, or specific seating needs.

  • Understand that any request or modification, whether made over the phone or in writing, is considered official and binding.

  • Accept that TimesVoyage acts solely as an agent between you and the airline, and while we advocate on your behalf, some services are beyond our control.

  • Acknowledge that all amendment, cancellation, and additional service requests will incur applicable charges.


Check-In & Booking Guidelines

  • Accurate Information is Crucial
    Ensure the names and details on your booking match exactly with your passport and travel documents. TimesVoyage is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information.

  • Phone Bookings Are Valid
    A booking made via phone holds the same legal value as one made in writing or online. Once payment is made and a receipt is issued, the booking is confirmed.

  • No Refund Policy
    Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be provided under any circumstance unless specified by the airline, in which case processing fees will be deducted.


Special Requests & Custom Travel Plans

We understand travel is personal. If you’d like to make your trip special, here’s how we support you:

  • Inform us of any customization requests at the time of booking.

  • We will liaise with the appropriate providers to fulfill your needs wherever possible.

  • Charges may apply based on the complexity of the request and the number of travelers.

Note: While we try our best, we do not guarantee approval of all special requests, especially those managed directly by airlines or third-party service providers.


Travel Etiquette and Lost Luggage

  • Be Punctual
    Clients are responsible for managing their transit times and check-in windows. Missing a flight or service due to lateness is not covered under our policy.

  • Lost or Damaged Luggage
    TimesVoyage is not liable for lost or damaged luggage. In case of loss, any claims must be filed directly with the airline. If we assist in processing, an administration fee applies.


Visa & Legal Requirements

  • Call the Embassy Before You Depart
    Visa requirements and legal entry rules may change. TimesVoyage urges all clients to contact the relevant embassy a few hours before departure to confirm the latest updates.

  • Denied Entry
    In the event of denied entry to your destination, TimesVoyage is not liable for any costs or consequences incurred.


Billing and Invoicing

  • Invoice Clarification
    The price listed on your invoice does not include surcharges or amendment charges. Any extras will be communicated transparently.

  • Cheap Tickets
    We occasionally offer discounted fares or promotional deals. Stay updated by visiting our website or contacting our support team.


Privacy Policy

  • Your Data Is Safe With Us
    We may require personal and payment details for booking purposes. All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and is never shared with third parties.
